Application of Blood Lipid Indicators and Serum Transaminases,Cholinesterase,γ-glutamyl Transpeptidase Combined Test in the Diagnosis of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective:To analyze the application of blood lipid indicators and serum transaminases,cholinesterase(CHE),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)combined test in the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Method:A total of 98 patients with NAFLD admitted to China Guihang Group 302 Hospital from January to December 2022 were included in the observation group, and 93 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group. The differences of blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)],aminotransferase[glutamic oxalic aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],CHE and GGT were compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was also described to analyze the value of TC,TG,AST,ALT,CHE,GGT alone or in combination in the diagnosis of NAFLD.Result:TC,TG,AST,ALT,CHE and GGT in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC of the combined diagnosis of TC,TG,AST,ALT,CHE and GGT were higher than those of the diagnosed alone, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood lipid indicators combined with serum transaminase,CHE,GGT can effectively diagnose NAFLD.
