Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Behavioral Theory on Ovarian Cancer Patients
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing based on behavioral theory on ovarian cancer patients.Method:A total of 140 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on behavioral theory on the basis of the control group.The negative mood,quality of life,coping style and self-care ability were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,the total score of hospital anxiety and depression test scale(HAD),anxiety and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the social function,psychological function,physical function,and material life status scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had significantly higher face scores than the control group,while the avoidance and surrender scores were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge and total self-care ability of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing based on behavioral theory can improve the negative emotions,coping strategies,and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.
