Effect of Individualized Comfort Nursing Intervention in Patients with Sleep Disorders in CCU
Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized comfort nursing in patients with sleep disorders in coronary care unit(CCU).Method:A total of 84 CCU sleep disorder patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by computer grouping,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received individualized comfort nursing.The quality of life,sleep quality and negative mood of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in quality of life score,sleep quality and negative emotion between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,sleep time of experimental group was longer than that of control group,and the sleep time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized comfort nursing can help CCU sleep disorders patients improve their quality of life and sleep,and promote their mental health.
