Application Value of the Two-way Quality Feedback Model in Cesarean Section Maternal Nursing
Objective:To explore the application effect of two-way quality feedback model in cesarean section maternal nursing.Method:A total of 82 women with cesarean section treated in Bijie Qixingguan District People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given two-way quality feedback model nursing.The negative emotion,postoperative rehabilitation,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score 72 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two-way quality feedback model can reduce the negative emotions and postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the rehabilitation process,and improve nursing satisfaction.
