Application Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Intervention Model in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Impact on Coping Style
Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative intervention mode in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on coping styles.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected.According to simple sampling method, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative intervention mode on the basis of the control group.Exercise endurance and exercise ability, coping style, nerve deficit, limb motor function, daily living ability before intervention and 3 months after intervention, and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of intervention, the 6-min walking test(6MWT)distance,anaerobic threshold(AT)and maximum exercise load(MWL)of both groups were increased, and the 6MWT distance,AT and MWL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the face score of both groups was higher than that of discharge, and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than that of discharge;the face score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score decreased, and the Fugl-meyer motor function scale(FMA)and Barthel index increased in both groups, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the FMA and Barthel index were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total intervention satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary collaborative intervention mode can improve the exercise endurance and exercise ability of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage, improve the active medical coping style of patients, reduce nerve defects, improve the limb motor function of patients, and contribute to the improvement of patients'daily life ability and satisfaction.
