Effect of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules and Acetylcysteine Solution for Inhalation in Treating Patients with COPD
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules and Acetylcysteine Solution for Inhalation on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 94 COPD patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.All patients were given routine supportive treatment,the control group was treated with Acetylcysteine Solution for Inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Gejie Dingchuan Capsules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),COPD assessment test(CAT)score,white blood cell(WBC)count,C-reactive protein(CRP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CAT score,WBC count and CRP were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of COPD patients with Acetylcysteine,the administration of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules can improve the overall curative effect,improve the lung function of patients,reduce the indicators of inflammatory factors,and the safety of the administration process is good.
