Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Chemotherapy on the Short-term Curative Effect and Survival Time of Advanced Cervical Cancer Patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western chemotherapy on the short-term curative effect and survival time of advanced cervical cancer patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome.Method:A total of 84 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received treatment in Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received western chemotherapy,and the observation group was combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,treatment safety and survival of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 7.14%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The average survival time of the observation group was(28.45±5.67)months,which was longer than(20.92±4.91)months of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the survival of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western chemotherapy can improve the short-term treatment efficiency of advanced cervical cancer patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome,optimize the survival situation after treatment,which is a safe and effective treatment plan of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
