Effect of Movement Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application in Patients with Frozen Shoulder of Wind Cold Damp Resistance Type
Objective:To explore the effect of movement Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with acupoint application in patients with frozen shoulder of wind cold damp resistance type.Method:A total of 90 patients with frozen shoulder of wind cold damp resistance type admitted to Outpatient Department of Xiamen Airlines Co.,Ltd.from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was given acupoint application,and the study group was given movement Tiaoshen acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint activity,pain mediators[substance P(SP),serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]and symptom score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SP and PGE2 were decreased in both groups,and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,abduction,external rotation,internal rotation,anterior flexion and posterior extension were increased in both groups,and the indexes of the shoulder joint activity in the study group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the Neer scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Movement Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with acupoint application can reduce the level of pain mediators in patients with frozen shoulder of wind cold damp resistance type,thereby reduce the degree of pain,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and improve the shoulder joint function and clinical efficacy of patients.
