Effect of Different Schemes of Hemofiltration,Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis on Chronic Renal Failure Uremia
Objective:To explore the effect of different schemes of hemofiltration(HDF),hemoperfusion(HP)and hemodialysis(HD)on uremia caused by chronic renal failure.Method:90 uremic patients with chronic renal failure in Xinjiang Shache County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into group A,group B and group C according to the random number table method, with 30 people in each group.Group A was treated with ordinary HD,group B was treated with HP and HDF,and group C was treated with HD and HP.Electrolyte level, hormone level and renal function were observed and compared among the groups.Result:After treatment, the levels of serum potassium(K+),blood phosphorus(P3+)and blood calcium(Ca2+)in the three groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared with group A,the levels of serum K+,P3+and Ca2+in group B and C were lower, and group C was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of plasma endothelin(ET),angiotensin Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ),parathyroid hormone(PTH)and renin in the three groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared with group A,the levels of ET,AT Ⅱ,PTH and renin in group B and C were lower, and group C was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Scr and BUN in the three groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared with group A,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in group B and C were lower, and group C was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)scores were lower than before treatment, and group C was lower than group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HD combined with HP can better improve electrolyte disturbance, reduce hormone level and improve renal function in uremic patients with chronic renal failure and sleep quality.
