Analysis of the Effect of Remazolam Combined with Nabupine in Elderly Painless Gastroscopy
Objective:To explore the application effect of Remazolam combined with Nabuphine in elderly painless gastroscopy Method:Eighty patients with painless gastroscopy admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group of 40 cases treated with propofol combined with nalbuphine,and the study group of 40 cases treated with remimazolam combined with nalbuphine using a random number table method.Two sets of anesthesia clinical indicators,hemodynamic indicators,cognitive function,and adverse reactions were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The awakening time and departure time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the sedation score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of fingertip oxygen saturation,heart rate,and mean arterial pressure between the two groups of patients before examination(P>0.05).The fluctuation of fingertip oxygen saturation,heart rate,and mean arterial pressure in the study group was smaller than those in the control group immediately after medication and at the end of the examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).30 minutes after awakening,the MMSE scores of both groups of patients were lower than those before the examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups at different times(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was 17.50%and 45.00%,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with propofol combined with nalbuphine,the application of remimazolam combined with nalbuphine in elderly painless gastroscopy had fewer adverse reactions,more stable hemodynamics,good anesthesia effect,and didn't exacerbate the impact on cognitive function.
