Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Method:A total of 200 patients with gastric ulcer from Chaozhou Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were enrolled and divided into a study group and a control study by random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. Both groups received clarithromycin and amoxicillin combined therapy, the study group received additional rabeprazole and the control group received omeprazole. The therapeutic effect, serum inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared to clarify the role of rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than that 90.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time, the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the study group was only 3.00%,much lower than that of the control group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which not only improves the overall treatment efficiency, but also improves the biomarker level of patients and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.
