The Effects of Electronic Bronchoscopy on the Airway Mucosal Status,Immune Function and Inflammatory Markers in Severe Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective:Exploring the effects of electronic bronchoscopy treatment on the airway mucosal status, immune function, and inflammatory markers in critically ill children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Method:From January 2022 to October 2023,40 children with severe Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in the hospital were selected as study objects and devided into a combination hroup and comventional group by finger-guessing game, with 20 cases in each group. The children of conventional group received conventional treatments, such as anti infection and mechanical ventilation, while the children of combination group received electronic bronchoscopy treatment on the basis of the conventional group. The airway mucosal status, immune function, inflammatory markers, and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the longitudinal folds and occlusion of the airway mucosa in the conventional group were in a better state(P<0.05).While in the combined group, the airway mucosal status was also in a better state, and the degree of improvement was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were increasing, and the combined group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+in both groups were decreasing, and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the two groups were reducing, and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the combination group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can effectively improve airway mucosal status, enhance immune function, and reduce inflammation to use electronic bronchoscopy treatment for children with severe Mycoplasma pneumonia.
