全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪在阴道细菌、真菌及滴虫性感染中的应用价值探究

摘要
目的:探究全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪在阴道细菌、真菌及滴虫性感染中的应用价值.方法:选取2022 年 8 月—2023 年 8 月东莞仁康医院收治的 300 份妇科和产科阴道分泌物标本作为研究对象,将其分别采用全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪及人工显微镜检测.比较两种方法的阴道清洁度、线索细胞、真菌及滴虫阳性率、阴性率及复检率,以人工镜检为金标准,统计全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪的阴道清洁度、线索细胞、真菌及滴虫的灵敏度、特异度及Kappa值.结果:全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪与人工显微镜检测两种方法的阴道清洁度,线索细胞,真菌及滴虫阳性率,阴性率及复检率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪的阴道清洁度、线索细胞、真菌及滴虫的灵敏度、特异度与人工显微镜检测比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Kappa值分别为 0.97、0.88、0.97 及 0.93,一致性均为优秀.结论:全自动妇科分泌物分析系统检测仪在阴道细菌、真菌及滴虫性感染中的应用价值较高,可为临床提供可靠的检测结果及诊治依据.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector in Vaginal bacterial,fungal and trichomonal infections.Method:300 specimens of gynecological and obstetric secretions from August 2022 to August 2023 were chosen as the study subjects,and they were respectively detected with automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector and artificial microscope.Then the positive rates,negative rates and retest rates of vaginal cleanliness,clue cells,fungi and trichomonas of two methods were compared,the sensitivity,specificity and Kappa values of vaginal cleanliness,clue cells,fungi and trichomonas of automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector were analyzed with the artificial microscope as the gold standard.Result:The vaginal cleanliness,sensitivity and specificity of clue cells,fungi and trichomonas of automatic gynecological and positiverate and review rate were compared by using automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector and artificial microscope.The vaginal cleanliness,sensitivity and specificity of clue cells,fungi and trichomonas of automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the Kappa values were 0.97,0.88,0.97 and 0.93,respectively the consistency were all excellent.Conclusion:The application value of automatic gynecological secretion analysis system detector in vaginal bacterial,fungal and trichomonal infections are higher,and it can provide reliable test results and diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical practice.
