Impact on Nursing Intervention Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery on Patients Undergoing Uterine Fibroid Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FST)on patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery.Method:Patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and 160 patients were divided into two groups according to the random numbers table method. The control group(80 cases)performed routine care, the observation group(80 cases)performed nursing intervention based on the FST concept, and Both groups received continuous care for 1 week. The postoperative rehabilitation, psychological stress[anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)],pain[visual analogue scoring method(VAS)],complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative anal discharge, ambulation and hospital stay were(13.22±1.06)h,(21.26±3.65)h,(4.29±0.54)d,respectively,All of those were shorter than the(14.35±4.36±4.33)h,(35.36)h,(5.18±0.59)d of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were(46.35±3.18)and(47.78±3.96),respectively,Those were shorter than the(48.05±3.66)and(50.15±4.05)points of control group(P<0.05).The VAS score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was lower complication rate(2.50%in the observation group)and higher nursing satisfaction(96.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on FST concept on patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery can reduce psychological stress and pain degree, speed up postoperative rehabilitation speed, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
