The Application Effect of Narrative Nursing Intervention Model in Patients with Artificial Anus and Its Impact on Self-management Level and Psychology
Objective:To explore the application effect of narrative nursing intervention model in patients with artificial anus and its impact on self-management level and psychology.Method:Sixty patients with artificial anus from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects and were divided into two groups using envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a narrative based intervention model.Both groups completed a 3-month intervention,and their self-management level,psychological fluctuations,compliance,and satisfaction were compared.Result:After intervention,the self-management level of the two groups was improved.The scores of drug management,psychological,symptom management,social adaptability,and dietary management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression of patients were relieved.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention model based on narrative nursing can improve the self-management level of patients with artificial anus,reduce psychological fluctuations,and achieve high compliance and satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying.
