Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined with Path-based Rehabilitation Nursing on the Improvement of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Muscle Function and Patients'Living Conditions
Objective:To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with path-based rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function and patients'living conditions.Method:200 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)admitted to Panyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guangzhou from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into a observation group and a control group according to the order of admission, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and biofeedback electrical stimulation. The observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with path-based rehabilitation nursing. The grading of pelvic floor muscle strength and the influence of pelvic floor function before and after intervention.Pelvic floor impact questionnaire-7(PFIQ-7),Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Inventory-Short Form-20(PFDI-20),Pelvic Incontinence/Sexual Questionaire 12(PISQ-12)score,General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)score,vaginal resting pressure, vaginal systolic pressure and duration of vaginal contractio were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention and the control group, while the score of PISQ-12 was higher than that before intervention and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal contraction, vaginal resting pressure and vaginal systolic pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the GQOL-74 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with path-based rehabilitation nursing for women with pelvic floor dysfunction,it can obviously improve the pelvic floor muscle function and improve their living conditions.
