Analysis of the Application Effect of Psychological Guidance Combined with Spiritual Care in Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological guidance combined with psychiatric care in patients with schizophrenia.Method:70 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to Youfu Hospital in Binzhou City from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and observation group by randomized numerical table method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received the conventional nursing program,and the patients in the observation group were given the psychological guidance combined with spiritual nursing program.The changes in the patients'psychological state,rehabilitation effect,mental symptoms and quality of life were compared.Result:After the intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,all dimensions of the inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out psychological counseling for patients with schizophrenia in conjunction with psychiatric nursing can improve their psychological and psychiatric symptoms and promote rehabilitation effects and quality of life.
