心理疏导联合精神护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的:分析心理疏导联合精神护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月—2023 年 4 月滨州市优抚医院收治的 70 例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 35 例.对照组患者应用常规护理方案,观察组患者实施心理疏导联合精神护理方案.对比两组患者心理状态、康复效果、精神症状、生活质量变化情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对精神分裂症患者开展心理疏导的同时配合精神护理工作,可改善其心理、精神症状,促进康复效果、生活质量提升.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological guidance combined with psychiatric care in patients with schizophrenia.Method:70 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to Youfu Hospital in Binzhou City from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and observation group by randomized numerical table method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received the conventional nursing program,and the patients in the observation group were given the psychological guidance combined with spiritual nursing program.The changes in the patients'psychological state,rehabilitation effect,mental symptoms and quality of life were compared.Result:After the intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,all dimensions of the inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out psychological counseling for patients with schizophrenia in conjunction with psychiatric nursing can improve their psychological and psychiatric symptoms and promote rehabilitation effects and quality of life.
