Study on the Application Effect and Safety of Atosiban in Patients with Cervical Incompetence and Influence for Cervical Elastography Parameters
Objective:To investigate the application effect and safety of atosiban in patients with cervical incompetence and influence for cervical elastography parameters.Method:80 patients with cervical incompetence admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of control group were treated with routine cervical cerclage surgery,40 cases of observation group were treated with atosiban on the basis of the control group. And the extend pregnancy time, terminate pregnancy time, adverse reactions rates, complications rates, pregnancy outcomes(term rates, premature birth rates and miscarriage rates),neonatal outcomes(survival rates, pulmonary dysplasia rates,1-minute and 5-minute Apgar scores)and cervical elastography parameters(ECI,HR and EOS)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The extend pregnancy time and terminate pregnancy time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P>0.05).The adverse reactions rates and miscarriage rates of two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The complications rate, premature birth rate and pulmonary dysplasia rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, the term rate, survival rate,1-minute and 5-minute Apgar scores were significantly higher than those of control group(P>0.05).The cervical elastography parameters of two groups before the treatment were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ECI and EOS of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group and before the treatment, while the HR was significantly higher than those of control group and before the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect atosiban in patients with cervical incompetence is better, its safety is higher, and it can significantly improve the cervical elastography parameters of patients.
