摘要
目的:分析急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者实施针灸联合康复训练的效果.方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7 月泗洪县中医院收治的 100 例急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象.以随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组实施常规针灸护理,观察组在常规针灸护理基础上联合康复训练.对比两组干预前后的运动、神经及生存质量情况.结果:干预前,两组运动、神经、生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组运动、生活质量评分高于对照组,神经评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者应用针灸联合康复训练,可有效改善患者运动和神经功能恢复,整体提高生存质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined acupuncture and rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke.Method:100 hemiplegia patients after acute ischemic stroke admitted to Sihong County Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects by the random number table method and they were divided into a control group and a observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group performed routine acupuncture care,while the observation group received combined rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Exercise,neurological and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared.Result:Before the intervention,the difference(P>0.05),the motor and quality scores were higher than the control group,and the neurological score was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hemiplegia after acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the motor and neurological function recovery,and improve the overall quality of life.
