Effect Analysis of Yinqiao Powder Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Patients with Wind-heat and Lung-heat Due to Pathogenic Offence of Lung-Wei Syndrome
Objective:This paper analyzes the effect and advantages of Yinqiao Powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in treating wind-dispersing and lung-heat disease on the basis of routine western medicine medication scheme.Method:From April 2021 to June 2023,125 patients with rheumatic fever in the hospital were studied,and the cases were divided into a observation group consisted of 66 cases and a control group consisted of 59 cases according to whether traditional Chinese medicine was used in the treatment.The control group used ribavirin and sodium chloride injection on the basis of symptomatic support treatment.In the observation group,Yinqiao Powder and Maxing Shigan Decoction were added,and then the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms such as fever,cough and headache disappeared faster,whose dissipation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of TCM symptom scores showed that the scores of fever,cough and lung rales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in the observation group was better after treatment,and FVC,FEV1 and PEF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding Yinqiao Powder and Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of wind-heat and lung-heat due to pathogenic factors invading lung-wei has obvious effect and also can shorten the rehabilitation process of patients.
