Research Progress on the Etiology and Treatment of Umbilical Vascular Embolism
Umbilical vascular embolism is a rare anomaly of umbilical cord blood vessels,which can lead to a series of serious perinatal complications once it occurs.So by searching for high-risk factors before delivery and promptly detecting changes in the number of umbilical blood vessels,the adverse pregnancy outcomes can be effectively avoided.This article reviews relevant case reports and latest research both domestically and internationally,providing effective reference for clinical diagnosis,differentiation,and intervention of umbilical artery embolism.It aims to clarify the diagnosis and treatment plan,intervene as early as possible,terminate pregnancy if necessary,improve the effective survival rate of perinatal infants,and improve the prognosis of newborns.
