摘要
肋骨骨折是最常见的胸部外伤疾病之一,它会导致胸廓塌陷、气胸、血胸及呼吸衰竭等多种并发症,严重威胁人们的健康.目前对于肋骨骨折的治疗尚无确切定论,手术治疗和保守治疗均有各自优势.文章综述肋骨骨折的临床治疗进展,为临床诊疗提供一定的依据.
Abstract
Rib fracture is one of the most common chest trauma diseases,it can lead to thoracic collapse,pneumothorax,hemothorax and respiratory failure and other complications,serious threat to people's health.At present,there is no definite conclusion on the treatment of rib fracture.Both surgical treatment and conservative treatment have their own advantages.This article reviews the progress in the clinical treatment of rib fracture and provides some basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
