The Value of Etamsylate Injection and Hemocoagulase and Vitamin K1 in the Treatment of Neonatal Hematochezia
Objective:To analyze the value of Etamsylate Injection and Hemocoagulase and Vitamin K1 in the treatment of neonatal hematochezia.Method:A total of 90 neonatal children with hematochezia treated in Jiangnan University Affiliated Children's Hospital from October 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Etamsylate Injection, and the observation group was treated with Etamsylate Injection and Hemocoagulase and Vitamin K1.The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the interleukin-10(IL-10)level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Etamsylate Injection and Hemocoagulase and Vitamin K1 is highly feasible in the treatment of neonatal hematochezia, which can improve the inflammation, improve the treatment effect and safety.
