Impact of Refined Nursing Intervention on Self-care Ability and Quality of Life of Patients after Rectal Cancer Stoma
Objective:To explore the impact of refined nursing intervention on self-care ability and quality of life of patients after rectal cancer stoma.Method:A total of 60 patients with rectal cancer who underwent rectal cancer stoma in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given refined nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,quality of life and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group after 3 months of intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined nursing intervention in patients after rectal cancer stoma can effectively improve their self-care ability,improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
