Application of Intervention Mode Based on Noddings'Care Theory in the Aerosol Inhalation Therapy of Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the application effect of intervention mode based on Noddings'care theory in the aerosol inhalation therapy of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Method:A total of 100 children with MPP who admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, the 910th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects, the children were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the different interventions methods. The control group was given the conventional intervention mode, and the observation group was given the intervention mode based on Noddings'caring theory. The compliance and comfort of aerosol inhalation therapy, symptom relief time, social support level and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The compliance of aerosol inhalation therapy in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The faces rating scales(FLACC)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission times of fever, cough, shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of social support rating scale(SSRS)and pediatric quality of life inventory measurement models 4.0(PedsQL 4.0)in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode based on Noddings'care theory can improve the compliance and comfort of aerosol inhalation therapy for children with MPP,promote symptom relief, and improve the social support level and quality of life.
