Application Effect of Four Senses Combined with Awakening Stimulation in Coma Patients after Hypertensive Basal Ganglia Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery
Objective:To study the application effect of four senses combined with awakening stimulation in coma patients after hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Method:A total of 130 patients with coma after hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 65 cases in each group. The reference group received conventional postoperative nursing, and the experimental group received four senses combined awakening stimulation on the basis of the control group. The recovery condition, the degree of coma and dysfunction, neurotransmitters before and after intervention and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The recovery time of experimental group was significantly earlier than that of reference group, and the recovery ratio within 4 weeks was significantly higher than that of reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of Glasgow coma scale(GCS)was increased and the score of dysfunction scale(DFS)was decreased in both groups, the GCS score of experimental group was higher than that of reference group, and the DFS score was lower than that of reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of norepinephrine(NE),acetylcholine(Ach)and dopamine(DA)in both groups were increased, and the levels of NE,Ach and DA in experimental group were significantly higher than those in reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four senses combined awakening stimulation can promote the recovery of coma patients after hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage surgery, improve the level of neurotransmitter and reduce complications.
