Application Effect of Play-based Functional Exercise under"Empathy"Mode in Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children
Objective:To investigate the application effect of play-based functional exercise under"empathy"mode in supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Method:A total of 82 children with supracondylar fractures of humerus admitted to the Pediatric Orthopedics Department of Quanzhou Bone Setting Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given play-based functional exercise under"empathy"mode on the basis of control group.Elbow joint recovery after nursing, elbow joint motion, elbow joint function, pain degree before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the elbow joint pronation angle and supination angle of both groups were increased, and the elbow joint pronation angle and supination angle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,American hospital for special surgery(HSS)score increased and visual analog scale(VAS)score decreased in both groups,HSS score of observation group was higher than that in control group,VAS score was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with supracondylar fracture of humerus receive play-based functional exercise under"empathy"mode, which can reduce pain, promote joint function recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications of children.
