Impact of Quality Control Oriented Intervention Mode on Postoperative Neurological Function and Complications after Interventional Surgery for Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the impact of quality control oriented intervention model on postoperative neurological function and complications after interventional surgery for acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 86 ACI patients who admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from May 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention mode, and the observation group received quality control oriented intervention model on the basis of the control group, two groups were intervened until the patients discharged. The neurological function[modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia scale(MESSS),National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]before and after intervention, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the MESSS scores and NIHSS scores of two groups were decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications and higher nursing satisfaction, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the quality control oriented intervention model in ACI intervention can improve patient neurological function, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and increase patients'nursing satisfaction.
