Clinical Study on the Treatment of Uterine Prolapse with Neuromuscular Stimulation Therapy Device Combined with Myofascial Manipulation+Exercise Rehabilitation Guidance
Objective:To explore the effect of neuromuscular stimulation therapy device combined with myofascial manipulation+exercise rehabilitation guidance intervention in patients with uterine prolapse.Method:A total of 70 patients with uterine prolapse who treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group using a random number table method,35 cases in each group. The conventional group was given pelvic floor electrical stimulation using the neuromuscular stimulation therapy device and electronic biofeedback treatment, while the observation group was given neuromuscular stimulation therapy device combined with myofascial manipulation+exercise rehabilitation guidance, the quality of life, inflammatory factor levels, pelvic floor ultrasound results, treatment effect, pelvic floor muscle function and improvement of urinary incontinence of two groups were compared.Result:The scores of psychological function, physical function, material life, social function, total effective rate, maximum contraction force and continuous contraction force of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the conventional group, the levels of transforming growth factor β3(TGF-β3),laminin(LN)and relaxin(RLX)were lower than those in the conventional group, the anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter, area of anal levator hiatus, bladder neck angle and rotation angle were better than those in the conventional group, the urinary incontinence was better than that in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of neuromuscular stimulation therapy device combined with myofascial manipulation+exercise rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of uterine prolapse patients has significant therapeutic effect.
