Application Effect of Modified PDCA Model in Minimally Invasive Breast Circumcision for Benign Breast Tumors
Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified plan(P),do(D),check(C),action(A)model in minimally invasive breast circumcision for benign breast tumors.Method:A total of 80 patients with benign breast tumors were selected from July 2022 to January 2024 in the Surgery Department of Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of TCM.According to envelope method, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The two groups underwent minimally invasive breast circumcision, the control group underwent traditional surgery mode, and the observation group underwent modified PDCA mode.Perioperative indexes, satisfaction with treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time, incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that of the control group, and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of breast fullness and straightness, breast contour curvature, absolute breast position and breast skin gloss score in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hematoma and total complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified PDCA mode in minimally invasive breast circumcision for benign breast tumors can improve the surgical efficacy of patients, reduce the total incidence of complications.
