Objective:To analyze the self-monitoring behavior condition of fetal movement in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)during the third trimester and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 98 pregnant women with GDM were selected from May 2022 to September 2023 in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University.General information of all pregnant women was investigated.Fetal movement self-monitoring behavior, health beliefs, and social support of all pregnant women during the third trimester were evaluated. The fetal movement self-monitoring behavior and health belief scores of all pregnant women in the third trimester were analyzed. The fetal movement self-monitoring behavior scores in the third trimester of patients with different general data and social support were compared. The correlation between self-monitoring behavior of fetal movement and health belief score in the third trimester was analyzed. The influencing factors of self-monitoring behavior of fetal movement in pregnant women with GDM during the third trimester was analyzed.Result:A total of 98 pregnant women with GDM were evaluated, and the self-monitoring behavior score for fetal movement in late pregnancy was(10.59±2.05)points,indicating average self-monitoring behavior. The health belief score was(61.25±6.77)points.The late pregnancy fetal movement self-monitoring behavior score of GDM pregnant women with high education level,long-term residence in urban areas, and medium to high level social support were higher than those of GDM pregnant women with low education level, long term residence in rural areas, low levels of social support, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation test showed that GDM maternity health belief score was positively correlated with self-monitoring behavior score of fetal movement in the third trimester(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the education level of junior high school or below,long-term residence in rural areas, low level of social support and low health belief were all influential factors for the self-monitoring behavior of pregnant women with GDM in the third trimester(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-monitoring behavior of pregnant women with GDM in the third trimester is general, and it's affected by maternal education level,long-term residence, social support and health beliefs factors.
