The Effect of Labor Analgesia Combined with Psychological Intervention on Parturients
Objective:To explore the effect of labour analgesia combined with psychological intervention on parturients.Method:A total of 100 parturients who underwent vaginal delivery in Yixing Maternal and Child Health Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,and 50 cases in the control group were given epidural analgesia technique and conventional intervention.In the observation group,50 cases were treated with epidural analgesia technique combined with whole-course psychological intervention mode.The analgesic effect,labor duration and labor psychology of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in labor duration and 2 h postpartum blood loss(P>0.05).Numerical rating scale(NRS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale score of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of labour analgesia techniques and psychological interventions can achieve better analgesic effects,improve the psychological state of maternal anxiety and depression,alleviate maternal psychological pressure,and improve the quality of labour.
