Effects of Family Members'Participation in Pulmonary Rehabilitation Guidance Mode on Patients with Unilateral Lobectomy for Lung Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effects of family members'participation in pulmonary rehabilitation guidance mode on patients with unilateral lobectomy for lung cancer.Method:Forty patients with unilateral lobectomy for lung cancer treated in Tai'an City First People's Hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 40 patients with unilateral lobectomy for lung cancer treated in our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the control group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given the family members'participation in pulmonary rehabilitation guidance mode on the basis of the control group. The pulmonary function before and 7 d after surgery, related indexes, complications and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Result:After 7 d of surgery, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)%and maximum spontaneous ventilation(MVV)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The time of closed thoracic drainage and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the walking distance of 6 min after 7 d of surgery was longer than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group after 2 weeks of surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The family members'participation in pulmonary rehabilitation guidance mode can effectively improve lung function, reduce postoperative complications and alleviate negative emotions in patients with unilateral lobectomy for lung cancer.
