Effect of Aspirin in the Adjuvant Treatment of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans
Objective:To explore the effect of Aspirin in the adjuvant treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Method:A total of 150 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who admitted to Hangzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Alprostadil, and the study group was treated with Aspirin on the basis of the control group. The platelet function, hemodynamics, walking distance and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment, the bleeding time(BT),dorsalis pedis artery blood flow, maximum walking distance and painless walking distance in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the platelet aggregation rate(PAR),soluble P-selectin(sCD62P),plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity and peak flow velocity of dorsalis pedis artery in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin in the adjuvant treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can significantly improve platelet function, has good clinical efficacy, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
