Effect of Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 119 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(59 cases)and study group(60 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with intravenous thrombolysis.The control group was given Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection and the study group was given Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection.The clinical efficacy,neurological function indexes,high-sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of neuron specific enolase(NSE)decreased and the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)increased in both groups,and the level of NSE in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the level of BDNF was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismu-tase(SOD)increased,while malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)decreased in both groups,SOD level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,MDA and ROS levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP level of the two groups was decreased,and the hs-CRP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients is effective,can protect the brain nerve and promote the recovery of nerve function.
