中文摘要：目的:探究依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 4 月建瓯市立医院收治的 119 例急性脑梗死患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(59 例)和研究组(60 例)。两组均接受静脉溶栓等治疗，对照组给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液，研究组在对照组基础上给予依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液。比较两组治疗后临床疗效，治疗前后神经功能指标、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitive C reactive protein，hs-CRP)、氧化应激指标及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，两组神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase，NSE)水平降低，脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor，BDNF)水平升高，研究组NSE水平低于对照组，BDNF水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，两组超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismu-tase，SOD)水平升高，丙二醛(malondialdehyde，MDA)、活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species，ROS)水平均降低，研究组SOD水平高于对照组，MDA、ROS水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。治疗后，两组hs-CRP水平降低，研究组hs-CRP水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:使用依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液对急性脑梗死患者进行治疗效果确切，可以保护脑神经，促进神经功能恢复。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect of Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 119 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(59 cases)and study group(60 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with intravenous thrombolysis.The control group was given Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection and the study group was given Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection.The clinical efficacy,neurological function indexes,high-sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of neuron specific enolase(NSE)decreased and the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)increased in both groups,and the level of NSE in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the level of BDNF was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismu-tase(SOD)increased,while malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)decreased in both groups,SOD level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,MDA and ROS levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP level of the two groups was decreased,and the hs-CRP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients is effective,can protect the brain nerve and promote the recovery of nerve function.
