摘要
目的:观察三合汤联合铝碳酸镁片治疗寒凝气滞型胃痛的临床效果.方法:选取 2022 年 12 月—2023 年 12 月厦门市中医院收治的 110 例寒凝气滞型胃痛患者.根据抛硬币法将其均分为西药组和联合组,各 55 例.西药组给予铝碳酸镁片,联合组在西药组基础上给予三合汤治疗.比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分、炎症因子,不同时间点疼痛程度及药物不良反应.结果:联合组总有效率(98.18%)高于西药组(83.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组上腹疼痛、反酸、食欲不振、上腹饱胀、嗳气评分均降低,联合组上腹疼痛、反酸、食欲不振、上腹饱胀、嗳气评分均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗 1 周、2 周、4 周后,两组疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分降低,联合组NRS评分低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均降低,联合组IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:寒凝气滞型胃痛患者应用三合汤联合铝碳酸镁片治疗效果显著,明显降低患者中医症候积分、血清炎症因子水平、疼痛程度,且安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanhe Decoction combined with Hydrotalcite Tablets in the treatment of cold congealing Qi stagnation syndrome type stomachache.Method:From December 2022 to December 2023,a total of 110 patients with cold congealing Qi stagnation syndrome type stomachache were selected from Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into the western medicine group and the combined group,55 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given Hydrotalcite Tablets,and the combined group was given Sanhe Decoction based on the western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,inflammatory factors before and after treatment,pain degree at different time points and drug adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of combination group(98.18%)was higher than that of western medicine group(83.64%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of epigastric pain,acid reflux,loss of appetite,epigastric fullness and eructation were decreased in both groups,and scores of epigastric pain,acid reflux,loss of appetite,epigastric fullness and eructation in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of the two groups decreased,and the NRS scores of the combination group were lower than that of the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and PCT in combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Sanhe Decoction combined with Hydrotalcite Tablets on patients with cold coagulation and Qi stagnation type stomach pain is significant,it can significantly reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the level of serum inflammatory factors and the degree of pain in patients,and the safety is good.
