Effect of Standardized Respiratory Functional Exercise Procedures Combined with Fast Track Surgery Nursing on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized respiratory functional exercise procedures combined with fast track surgery(FTS)nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Method:Fifty-four patients with LPD admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received standardized respiratory function exercise combined with FTS nursing. The perioperative indexes, preoperative and postoperative 1 week lung function, respiratory indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The gastric tube removal time, first defecation time and half-flow diet time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery, forced vital capacity(FVC),forced respiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC%in both groups were decreased, and FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery, the respiratory frequency(RF)of the control group was higher than that before surgery, and the blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of both groups were lower than that before surgery, the RF of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the SaO2 was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardization respiratory function exercise process combined with FTS nursing helps to accelerate the postoperative recovery of LPD patients.
