Application Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing Based on Evidence-based Concepts in Parturients with Epidural Labor Analgesia
Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing based on evidence-based concepts in parturients with epidural labor analgesia.Method:A total of 103 parturients with epidural labor analgesia who admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(n=52,routine nursing)and the experimental group(n=51,humanistic care nursing based on evidence-based concepts)according to different nursing methods. The duration of labor process, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal and infant adverse outcomes were compared between two groups, the pain and sedation of two groups at different time points were compared according to the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Ramsay sedation score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to compare the degree of anxiety and depression between two groups before and after intervention.Result:The duration of labor and total labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the amounts of bleeding at 24 h after delivery in two groups were less than those at 2 h after delivery, and the amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS scores in the experimental group at T1,T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group, and the Ramsay sedation scores were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention, the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care nursing based on evidence-based concepts can significantly improve the labor process, pain and psychological state of parturients with epidural labor analgesia,so as to effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and maternal and infant adverse outcomes.
