Application Effect of Perioperative Care on Distal Tibial Fractures Complicated Exposed Bone Repaired with Gastrocnemius Insular Perforator Myocutaneous Flap
Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative care on distal tibial fractures complicated exposed bone repaired with gastrocnemius insular perforator myocutaneous flap.Method:A total of 20 patients with distal tibial fracture complicated exposed bone admitted to Gaozhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected, and all of them were provided with gastrocnemius insular perforator myocutaneous flap repair treatment. They were divided into two groups, with 10 cases in each group,by random drawing method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received perioperative nursing. The survival rate of skin flap, pain score, ankle function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The survival rate of skin flap in the study group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 d,3 d of surgery and 2 weeks of follow-up,the pain scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d,1 month,3 months of follow-up,the scores of ankle joint function of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for patients with distal tibial fracture complicated exposed bone repaired with gastrocnemius insular perforator myocutaneous flap, the survival rate of skin flap is good, and which can reduce pain, improve ankle joint function and improve nursing satisfaction.
