AIDET沟通模式下积极心理护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用

中文摘要：目的:探究AIDET沟通模式下积极心理护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用。方法:选取 2022 年 1 月—2023 年6 月福建省漳州市医院收治的 60 例子宫肌瘤手术患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各 30 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予AIDET沟通模式下积极心理护理。比较两组术后恢复情况，护理前后应对方式、负性情绪，术后 6 h、24 h、48 h疼痛程度，并发症。结果:观察组首次下床时间，首次肛门排气时间均早于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。护理后，观察组面对评分高于对照组，回避、屈服评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组术后 6 h、24 h及 48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。护理后，观察组抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale，SDS)评分与焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。结论:AIDET沟通模式下积极心理护理能够让子宫肌瘤手术患者的负性情绪缓解，积极应对术后康复治疗，减轻了患者的疼痛程度，降低了并发症的发生率，促进患者术后康复。

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the application of positive psychological nursing under AIDET communication mode in patients with uterine fibroids surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid surgery admitted to Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given positive psychological nursing under AIDET communication mode.The postoperative recovery condition,coping style,negative emotion before and after nursing,pain degree at 6 h,24 h,48 h after surgery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The first time of getting out of bed and the first time of anal exhaust in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 6 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The positive psychological nursing under AIDET communication mode can relieve the negative emotions of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery,actively respond to postoperative rehabilitation treatment,reduce the degree of pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
