Effect of"Internet+"4C Continuous Nursing Model on Health Behavior and Quality of Life in Stable Stage Schizophrenia Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of"internet+"4C continuous nursing model on health behavior and quality of life in stable stage schizophrenia patients.Method:Convenience sampling method was used to select 80 patients with schizophrenia in stable stage from September 2022 to September 2023 in Linyi Mental Health Center as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took conventional continuous nursing,and the observation group took"internet+"4C continuous nursing model.The negative mood,quality of life and health behavior before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self rating depression scale(SDS)scores of both groups were decreased,and SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of health responsibility,physical activity,interpersonal relationship,stress management,nutrition and mental health in both groups were increased,and the scores of health responsibility,physical activity,interpersonal relationship,stress management,nutrition and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychosocial,motivation/energy,symptom/side effect were decreased in both groups,and the scores of psychosocial,motivation/energy,symptom/side effect in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of"Internet+"4C continuous nursing model for stable stage schizophrenia patients can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the health behavior of patients and reduce negative emotions.
