Effect of Internal and External Interactive Integrated Psychological Nursing on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with ESRD
Objective:To investigate the effect of internal and external interactive integrated psychological nursing on maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Method:A total of 82 ESRD patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in the Third People's Hospital of Taizhou from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given internal and external interactive integrated psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological emotion, coping style questionnaire(CSQ)score, dialysis effect and safety were compared between two groups.Result:After nursing, the reduced depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)scores and CSQ scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the urea clearance rate(KT/V)and urea nitrogen reduction rate(RR)in the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after dialysis were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of internal and external interactive integrated psychological nursing in ESRD maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve psychological emotions and coping styles,as well as further enhance the effect and safety of dialysis.
