Effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection Combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:The clinical data of 160 patients with ACI admitted to Zhangpu County Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)according to different treatment regimens. The control group was given Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection, and the observation group was given Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, neurological function and ability of daily living, cerebral hemodynamics, related indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)decreased and the score of daily living ability scale(ADL)increased in both groups, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the mean flow velocity(Vm)of the two groups were increased, and the pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were decreased, and the Vm of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and PI and RI were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were decreased, and the levels of PCT and CRP in observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using the Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of ACI patients can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the cerebral hemodynamics, inhibit the inflammatory response, reduce the neurological deficit, and have good safety.
