Effect of Tacrolimus Combined with Glucocorticoid on Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura Nephritis
Objective:To explore the effect of Tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid on children with anaphylactoid purpura nephritis.Method:A total of 60 children with anaphylactoid purpura nephritis admitted to the People's Hospital of Yingshan County from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and study group by coin toss method, with 30 children in each group. The control group was treated with Dexamethasone and Prednisone Acetate, and the observation group was treated with Tacrolimus on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors, immune function, renal function and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors, immune function and renal function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,interleukin-21(IL-21),interleukin-17(IL-17),CD8+,blood creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were all lower than those before treatment, and CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels were higher than those before treatment, the levels of IL-21,IL-17,CD8+,Scr and BUN in observation group were lower than those in control group, and CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tachlimus combined with Dexamethasone and Prednisone Acetate in the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura nephritis can reduce the inflammatory response of children, regulate the immune function of children, improve the kidney function of children, and the efficacy is safe and reliable.
