Effect of Hysteroscopic Resection Combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol in the Treatment of Patients with Infertility of Endometrial Polyps
Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol in patients with infertile of endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 104 patients of infertility of endometrial polyp admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were prospectively selected.According to different operation method, they were divided into research group of 52 cases and control group of 52 cases. The control group used hysteroscopic curettage treatment, and the research group used hysteroscopic resection treatment, and both groups were treated combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol. The treatment was 3 cycles. The clinical efficacy, pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score, endometrial thickness, complications, recurrence rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The efficacy and total effective rate of the research group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 3 cycles after operation, the PBAC scores of the two groups were lower than that of the preoperative period, and the PBAC score of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 3 postoperative cycles, the endometrial thickness of both groups was lower than that of preoperative, and the endometrial thickness of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications such as cervical stenosis, uterine adhesion and intrauterine infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rates of the research group at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the pregnancy rates were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic electroresection combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol has better clinical effect in the treatment of infertility of endometrial polyps, which can effectively improve PBAC score and endometrial thickness in patients, reduce recurrence rate, improve pregnancy rate, and have better safety.
