Auricular Point Pressure Bean Combined with Acupoint Application in the Postoperative Rehabilitation of Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application in postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients who received surgical treatment for colorectal cancer in the First People's Hospital of Tai'an from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was added auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score,pain score,intestinal function recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of intervention,the quality of life scores of all dimensions in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on 1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases of anastomotic fistula,intestinal obstruction and total complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application in the postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce pain,accelerate the recovery of intestinal function,and the incidence of complications in not high,which is a safe and effective rehabilitation treatment.
