Analysis of Influencing Factors and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Uterine Rupture
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors, clinical diagnosis and treatment measures and effects of uterine rupture.Method:From January 2018 to November 2023,24,804 cases of parturient women admitted to Xiantao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected to investigate the basic data of this group of parturient women, understand the influencing factors of uterine rupture, and summarize the diagnosis and treatment measures.Result:A total of 24,804 parturients were included in this survey,124 cases were excluded due to incomplete clinical data, and a total of 24,680 cases were investigated.Of 24,680 parturients,50 cases had uterine rupture, the incidence of uterine rupture was 0.20%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of uterine rupture among women with different birth times, ages and gestational times(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in the incidences of uterine rupture among women with or without scarred uterus, surgical injury and uterine lesions(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of uterine rupture were scarred uterus, uterine lesions and surgical injury.Of the 50 cases of uterine rupture,31 cases were discharged from hospital after 1 week of suture removal.Other 19 patients were infected at admission, with postoperative sepsis in 5 cases, thrombophlebitis in lower limbs in 7 cases, and delayed incision healing in 7 cases. The average hospital stay of the patients was 29 d,and no death occurred. Conclusion:The incidence of uterine rupture in women is relatively high, and the factors affecting uterine rupture include scarred uterus, uterine lesions and surgical injuries. Therefore, great attention should be paid to these women, and perinatal health care should be strengthened to prevent and reduce the occurrence of uterine rupture. At the same time, standardized diagnosis and treatment measures should be actively adopted to strengthen diagnosis and treatment after the occurrence of uterine rupture.
