Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Measures Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Patients with Intracranial Hematoma Evacuation
Objective:To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation.Method:A total of 116 patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine postoperative nursing measures,and the experimental group was given early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Fugl-Meyer score,daily living ability score,neurotransmitter level before and after intervention and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the NIHSS scores of two groups were decreased,the MMSE scores,Fugl-Meyer scores,daily living ability scores,norepinephrine(NE),acetylcholine(Ach)and dopamine(DA)levels were increased,and the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the MMSE score,Fugl-Meyer score,daily living ability score,NE,Ach and DA levels were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.45%,which was lower than 13.79%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.940,P=0.047).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation measures combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation can improve the neurological function,improve the level of consciousness,improve motor function and daily living ability,regulate the level of neurotransmitters,and reduce complications.
