Analysis of Influencing Factors of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method:Sixty-nine children with HIE admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2014 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected into the HIE group, and 84 healthy newborns without HIE during the same period were included in the non-HIE group.General information of all newborns was investigated. The influence factors of HIE were analyzed by single factor and multiple factor.Result:The proportions of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, amniotic fluid contamination, placental abruption, hemorrhagic amniotic fluid, premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress in HIE group were higher than those in non-HIE group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that amniotic fluid contamination, placental abruption, bloody amniotic fluid, premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress were independent risk factors for HIE(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonatal HIE is related to fetal distress, amniotic fluid contamination, placental abruption, bloody amniotic fluid and premature rupture of membranes. In clinic,we should strengthen pregnant women's health care and monitoring work during pregnancy, conduct health education in time, pay attention to prenatal examination of pregnant women, pay close attention to changes in amniotic fluid traits, and avoid intrauterine fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia.
