Effect of Decentralized NaiKan Cognitive Therapy on Clinical Symptoms and Social Function of Patients with Paranoid Schizophrenia during Rehabilitation Period
Objective:To explore the effect of decentralized NaiKan cognitive therapy on clinical symptoms and social function in patients with paranoid schizophrenia during rehabilitation period.Method:From October 2021 to January 2023,a total of 100 patients with paranoid schizophrenia who admitted to Hui'an County Sanatorium were included in the study,according to the different treatment methods received during rehabilitation period,the patients who received routine rehabilitation nursing were included in the routine rehabilitation group(46 cases),and the patients who received decentralized NaiKan cognitive intervention were included in the NaiKan cognitive group(54 cases),two groups were intervened for 6 weeks.The symptoms[positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)],symptoms control[brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)],social function[personal and social performance scale(PSP)]and social adaptability[social-adaptive functioning evaluation(SAFE)]before and after intervention and patients'cooperation in two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the PANSS scores,BPRS scores and SAFE scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the NaiKan cognitive group were lower than those of the routine rehabilitation group,the PSP scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and that of the NaiKan cognitive group was higher than that of the routine rehabilitation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total coordination degree of the NaiKan cognitive group was higher than that of the routine rehabilitation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decentralized NaiKan cognitive therapy can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients with paranoid schizophrenia during rehabilitation period,and improve social function and cooperation.
